1. They have kiosks to check-in, kiosks to order food, etc. I thought it was going to be a service oriented hotel as most high-end hotels are, but basically you have to do everything yourself.

2. Breakfast was fine, basic stuff nothing hot (could pay extra for different foods) Only small negative thing the TV volume was not very loud on certain channels.
