4. The pool was not clean and when asking for extra towels for the pool from the front desk we were told that we had to bring them right back when we were finished or we will NOT get anymore towels.

6. I stayed at Days Inn 9/2 to 9/3 and then from 9/6 to 9/8\nI would not have stayed there the last two days but they were prepayed\nTelephone in room did not work, missed wakeup call and front desk insisted the call was made.

No apology for bad telephone but obviously was my negligence\nThere was no maid service the second day both times\nThere was only one small bar of soap in room on both stays\nThe sheets did not stay cornered when you laid on bed\nThe soda machine showed 4 entries for bottle water and all were empty both stays\nThe day staff at front desk rude\nThe TV had poor quality\n\nThe middle stay was at Dollar Inn in Somerset, PA and was astounded by the difference in quality and attitude\n\nThis hotel at one time was called Port O Call and was an excellent hotel with fine dining\n\nVery, very disappointed\n\nIf I had received one apology for bad service or equipment, I would have been, not satisfied, but would have thought the help cared\n\nDid not happen\n.
