3. Came off elevator & almost trip over a bunch of lamps in the open area as you step off-once around the lamps open 1st room & was hit with strong smoke smell, called front desk told her I needed a new room.

4. The staff was mainly friendly but I was first caused to wait in the pool area for the spa repairman, then wait more while he tried to fix the spa, then told to come back in a half hour, and finally the front desk called me and said the spa couldn't be fixed that night.
