2. There should be a manager on-site at all times just in case something does happen and their is not.

3. We learned that their camera's are no good because they record over each day so we couldn't even catch who it was, then on top of that, we (My family and the cops) had to wait until the next business day to talk to the manager about the situation.

4. When we tried to get a refund (for being kept awake until 3 in the morning by the partyers) we were told that the manager 'wasn`t available' and were given a laundry list of numbers to call (which we did while we were in the lobby).
