9. However, the hotel staff was very accomodating, they actual showed me three different rooms and honestly they all were terrible in one way or another.

10. The desk staff was less than impressive, couldn't make restaurant recomendations,they kept screwing the electronic room key lock up and I coudn't get into my room with my card, didn't have the reservation correct.
