1. No need to rent a car, the location was perfect to go to the beach, and the concierge will set you up with shuttle service to local attractions and sight-seeing.

9. We were upgraded to a better room with the best view ever which located on the 31st floor with FRONT ocean along with Diamond Head, beach, pool, & mountain views.

Although I believe the hotel tried to accomodate our reservation for an ocean view room, we were overlooking construction of a large patio off the back of the hotel Based on the beach accessibility and the layout of the rooms and halls, this seemed to be more of a convention hotel than a vacation traveler hotel.
