1. When I arrived I was warmly greeted, and given free access to the breakfast area since I was hungry.

3. Upon our arrival back to Denver we called to have the shuttle pick us up to take us to our car and had to phone a total of three times (and 45 minutes - when we were told it would be 15 minutes) before the shuttle actually picked us up.
