3. The service at the hotel was good- we had some medication that we had to refrigerate and they brought us up our own mini fridge for the room right away.

9. Hotel Manager did credit us $20.00 & sent a complimentary 'amenity tray' to the room which had a nice selection of fruits & 2 bottles of Organic Tea on ice along with a very nice apology card.
