While I usually find it easier to book 'excursions on my pwn through the web or phone calls' the concierge handles everything, printed directions for us and placed them in our rooms and when we were going, they arranged for the valets to have our car ready (with bottles of water and towels, when necessary).

9. We opted for the valet because for $5 more your car is waiting for you when you get to the front with 2 bottles of water each time and they'll put the top down on your car if you have a convertible.

10. Let me just say now that everyone from the valet guys, the concierge, the waiters, the beach activity guy, etc. were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy.
