1. - LET ME LIST WHY - CARPET STAINED BADLY, TOILET TISSUE RACK HANGING OFF THE WALL, NUMBEROUS CIGARETTE BURNS ON THE BEDSPREAD AND BLANKET, THE EASY CHAIR WAS SO DIRTY AND NASTY LOOKING I HAD TO COVER IT WITH A SHEET TO SIT IN IT (WHATEVER WAS ON IT CHAIR STUCK TO THE SHEET - GROSS) AND IF THAT WASN'T BAD ENOUGH THE COFFEE POT BOILED OVER AND SPLASHED HOT WATER ON MY NECK - GOOD MORNING - I'M UP NOW.
