The check-in was swift and efficient; the room - although sadly not much of a view (overlooking the muti-storey car park and hence a bit on the dark side) - was of a very good size with plenty of storage and at the very end of the corridor, so fairly quiet: the only intrusive noise we did get was from the ice machine a little way outside.

4. Instead of a stately check-in counter, they now have small-ish unprofessional looking service desks; not only do they look somewhat improvised, they also have a fake wood paneling that just screams 'I am so cheap'.

6. first off we had a great stay, i'm gonna hit the bullet points cab from airport 50 dollars they dont meter u it a flat rate called cab to return back to newark airport 30 dollars diffrent cab company think it was AA cabs lobby is clean and comfortable have computers and on line check in for flights rooms are clean and big pool area is great after long day with kids in the city hot tub was a plus workout room was adequte for a quick workout path train is right next to hotel takes about 10 minutes to get in city or if u want to go to cake boss in hoboken its also about 10 minutes big mall across street lots of restaurants to choose from.

7. We had a great stay at the Courtyard, lets start with the front desk staff, we arrived early (11:00 a.m.) and were able to check in and go to our room.

8. Infact when we asked the receptionist who has handling our check in for a smoking room, she was quite rude and replied that it was a non smoking hotel and if caught smoking we would escorted out of the hotel and would have to pay a 250 USD fine.
