1. They are not unique to Plantation Hale, as I've been bitten previously at another hotel along the Kapaa coast when just standing there to check-in.

10. In fact, they were downright moody (I had made no special requests, just a normal check-in) and made a rather snide irritating remark about how I was checking in too early (12pm!) even though our room was apparently already ready.
