1. Be aware that it is not a Hyatt though with all the services (and costs) they have.

My only complaint was that we were suppose to recieve a complete maid service on our 4th day and did not, we just recieved the basic everyday change towels and make beds service and when we called to ask if they had done the complete job they lied and said that they did when it was obvious that they hadn't.

3. Suggestions to improve comfort: - A/C for better sound-proofing - Kid-free condo units (yea, am sure that'll go over well!) - Housekeeping service might vacuum once in a while.

4. The limited availability of teh resturant and bar force you to travel to other locations to obtain these services.
