3. The hotel staff took a room from someone else who had not paid and gave us a kids suite, 1 king and bunk beds, which worked perfectly.

4. Unfortunately I reserved a room with 2 beds but upon arrival I was told I had a room with 1 king bed, there were 4 of us traveling together.
