1. It has a laundry room, a heated pool & hot tub, snacks & frozen meals at the lobby for sale (microwave to heat it up), free parking & most importantly daily room cleaning.

2. This way you can access the pool & hot tub very easily though it could get a little noisy if there are people in the pool.
