1. While the hotel was in a great location, comfortable, and had a great breakfast, only one of several desk clerks we encountered was actually helpful (good area advice, directions, addressing problems).

3. There are plenty of places to dine etc around the hotel, like Cheesecake Factory which is right in front of it and a few Mexican restaurants around the area.

4. The Redondo Beach area is very peaceful and quite and the hotel is about 30 minutes from the LAX airport by taxi (~30-35$).

10. There is some other hotels in the area but they all charge 10 to 25 bucks a day to park whereas parking is free at the BW.
