After insisting with the receptionist and even showing here my confirmation from Expedia that showed that we had aNON smoking room, she made the change, but made me feel like she was doing me a favor, bad customer service

) The first room we were assigned stunk really bad (I think the previous occupant had spilled a bottle of cologne on the carpet); but the staff immediately came up and moved us to a new room as soon as we called the front desk, and had a good
attitude
about it (apologetic, not surly etc).
