1. The kitchen and bathrooms need the most work but the furniture was nice, beds comfortable, very clean, air conditioning worked perfectly, washer and dryer, nice pool towels and everything you wouldn't think of for your comfort.

3. It was clean, and very well supplied with washer-dryer, all kitchen items for cooking, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, 2 tvs, DVD, VCR, wireless internet (free), beach access, pool, spa and a tour guide.
