1. The location was perfect with all of the night life one could want just a couple blocks away, the beach across the street, but quiet at night so you can sleep.

3. The location is better for shoppers and diners going to Lincoln Road and upper Ocean than club goers, as this hotel is about 14th Street and Ocean.
