1. The hotel's lush grounds are beautiful and the views from lanai/balcony at restaurant are gorgeous, but when you look down there is really old carpet and dirty stains everywhere.

2. It was a good thing the bugs were there though, as they made our friends leave for another hotel with no refund; because that night a palm tree smashed through their balcony and window and needed a forklift to remove it.
