On another occasion when I picked up my car, so many cars were parked (as above) that a tour bus driver was blocked from entering the area w/o assistance and had to enlist a valet to guide him into the area from the city

We received a room infested with BED BUGS during
Street
Vibrations and hotel management initialy showed concern and when we contacted them after arriving home they denied responsibility and were very rude.
