3. We had planned to stay at this same hotel before we flew out very early a few days later, but considering that the shuttle service was iffy and the room less than wonderful, we called Expedia and booked at another hotel with 24 hour shuttle service every 10 minutes, and a much nicer room.

4. They didn't even come to pick us up and gave us an excuse that it was late and there pick up service stopped running just a couple minutes ago even though we called an hour ago and waited.
