3. Good location near SUNY Albany as well as the malls and many restaurants within 2 miles.

4. The main downside I noticed is that there is just a Dunkin Donuts, no restaurants or fast food within walking distance - which I would have liked after a long day instead of having to take my car out again or make supper for myself in the suite.
