1. The Pool and hot tub were never crowded, and there were towels located next to the pool.

2. We stayed in the North tower, so that meant walking through the lobby, up the elevators and down a hall (where other rooms were located) to get to the pool area.

5. The only negative thing I can think of is that the main pool/fitness center is located in the South tower on the third floor.

6. This location surpassed other Hyatts I've stayed at, they have two beautiful pool areas, (although they're only 4 feet deep), the lobby and entry and grounds are GORGEOUS, and the staff stupendous (this I have experienced at other Hyatts also).
