9. There are no amenities like a coffee pot or refrigerator so if you are planning to stay in the city a while, you might consider this.

10. My priorities when booking this holiday was room only, good location and amenities sufficient to individual needs (ie safety deposit box for personal items, passports and money etc), the Wellington offered these priorities.
