4. When we arrived again in June, with my 91 year old mother along, we were dismayed to find the front lobby entrance under major reconstruction, with hanging plastic blocking off the dust/debris, and constant noise bombarding the desk managers.

5. This hotel is perfect for an overnight stay when visiting the SUNY Albany campus, & while the hallways could use a little renovating, the rooms themselves were spotlessly clean & comfortable, the lobby was bright & the staff friendly & helpful.

Asked for and received an accessible room on first floor just steps from handicap parking, very clean room, the breakfast is excellent - fresh fruit - real fresh fruit plus grapefruit halves, very friendly staff, we are used to a queen-size bed at home so felt cramped in the double bed but we were closer together so it wasn't all bad, did not use pool or fitness center so cannot comment on that, easy access off 90 and 87, very good restaurants nearby - local, not chain - but there are chain places too if that is what you want, we prefer locally-owned, 24/7 mini-mart in lobby is something we have not seen before, very quiet - set well back from Western Avenue/US 20, plenty of parking, would certainly stay here again.
