1. LA QUINTA INN IN LOUISVILLE, CO WAS CLEAN AND THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT; HOWEVER, THE INN WAS NOT BOOKED TO CAPACITY AND THEY PUT US IN A ROOM NEXT TO ROOMS WITH DOGS AND THE BARKING IN THE EVENING WAS BOTHERSOME.

2. The hotel was very clean; the rooms were spacious; the staff couldn't have been more courteous; the breakfast available downstairs was more than "continental" (GREAT waffles I made myself - I'm getting that machine for the beach house!); and the price was reasonable.

4. From the friendliness of the staff, to the wonderful hot breakfast in a spacious atrium(absolutely anything you would want to eat), to the lovely room complete with frig and microwave, this would be our first choice place to stay in the area at an unbeatable price.
