1. Now the parking I can understand but I can stay at any budget hotel (Red Roof, Comfort Inn) and get free Wifi.

4. - The rooms are large and comfortable with all the necessities neatly stacked up- The location is fantastic - a 2 minute walk from the PATH station (connecting to NYC) and the Newport MallThe not-so-Good:- Wireless Internet is free in the lobby, not in the rooms- The food was not that great.
