4. We were able to store our bags in the storage room (and when we picked them up, he took our baggage tags to fetch the luggage himself, rather than letting us wander in and pick up anything - so we were happy with that) and came back at 2 pm as stipulated to check in.

The man who checked us in (and out the next day) was really friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of local knowledge on good coffee/where to get digital photos burned to CD etc. (I have been places where staff cannot provide this basic information)We arrived at 8am, even though check-in wasn't until 2pm.
