1. Upon arrival we found out it's an airport shuttle and is only available if no one needs it for an airport run-not very dependable transportation.

2. ALWAYS AT THIS HOTEL ON BUSINESS - Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, speedy check-in, shuttle is not always gtee'd but it's because they have crews going to the airport.

4. My flight ended up not coming in until 1:30 AM so the shuttle was not available which I can certainly understand since it was even later (even many of the hotels at the airport stop their shuttle service at 11 PM).

5. As far as services, the hotel advertises an airport shuttle which is a nice bonus since this is a downtown hotel versus an airport hotel but availability may be an issue.
