The front desk staff more than accommodating, both in the evening and morning, although by the time we got there, they were out of cookies :(The bed was comfortable, there is also a sofa in the room and i think if you want to use it as a sleeper there is an extra $10.00 fee, not sure why, but maybe for the linensNice breakfast in the morning, dining area clean, several morning papers to choose from at the front desk.
