1. I enjoyed the lunch buffer as well and usually found myself making a very hearty salad to help get me through the day.

7. The waist-packs all set up for you with water bottles are a great help and very comfortable; they even packed a light lunch for the longer hikes, even when we were due back at Miraval in time for lunch.
