1. There is a bar and food service with wait staff to fetch you lunch, mocktails, cocktails, beer, soda, etc.They have a fantastic gift shop, and a very nice restaurant.

9. we had dinner here at the main resteraunt (not sure how the bar food is) and it wasn't good-boxed frozen foods (eg, the meat for burgers) unless you ordered the Hawaii fish.
