2. We had planned on parking at another lot for the duration of our trip due to the Marriott's high rate to park there - when we asked for our car, the valet asked why we weren't parking there - explanation given - then we were given a MUCH lower daily rate which we took advantage of.

3. CONS: pool noise was awful (the staff did not honor the curfew hours of the pool), internet fee ($15 per day is outrageous and to make it worse the fee doesn't apply in the convention area) and the valet/self-parking fee ($26.00 to $22.

4. The valets were always available to show drivers stuck at the exit gate how to operate the confusing parking ticket machine that seemingly only function was to assure that the $18 fee was collected prior to exiting the lot.
