5. ok, the bed is nice, but the towels are thin and rough and the internet confusing (i couldnt check my e-mail and that has never happened to me at any other hotel lately--i have no idea what program their computers are on but i didnt care for it)OK location (everything is a walk but it can be a nice one if the weather is good and there are some good restuarants nearby) but overall, when the only thing that impresses me about a property is its gym (they have a pool too but it was crazy/busy with kids all the time) and its bed.

6. The towels were dismal at best and I shared that with the staff at checkout and received an 'I'm sorry' but the delivery was certainly not heartfelt.
