3. Tourists should know that this property is located on a busy commercial street that's basically strip-mall heaven - not very scenic.

4. The neighborhood doesn't look inviting when viewed on Google Street Views, but the hotel rooms are attractive and include (for some rooms) kitchens with stoves, ovens, refrigerators, and microwaves.
