3. Rooms adequate (although advertised wireless internet was actually a hardwired connection with poor access to desk and power outlet.

4. No conditioner is provided, and when I asked the front desk staff if they had any travel size conditioner, they said no and they couldn't help me - this in spite of the fact that they have a sign in the room that says if you've forgotten anything, just ask them for help.

7. The rooms seem plenty safe since you must have a door key to get into elevator and up on floors.
