2. I stayed on the ground floor next to where the maids have their breakroom and boy were they loud all day starting at 6am I speak Spanish and boy did they go on and on about people.

3. We lugged all 6 pieces of luggage without a cart then we were given another room in the totally opposite side of hotel-we were told they cannot be responsible for their guests-I disagree,the maid should have noted that strong odor in the room & we should never have been sent there.
