4. A friend had damaged the bathroom door which i was upfront about, they tried charging me $500 to replace a door that is at most $60, i argued asked for the manager, Joel came out argued with me was rude, wouldn't supply me any documentation of where $500 came from, he just said thats the way it is, after half hour of arguing and having everyone with me that was tired and wanted to go home, i had them write out so i had documentation 'We will refund the difference to you for what the cost of the door is and fax an invoice to you'.

6. Water that went from cold to scalding throughout my fearful shower experience, a broken phone, and if it did work, absolutely no info on how to reach the front desk ( I had to call on my cell from the room!), poorly informed staff and an unresponsive manager, no AC and no clock anywhere in the room.
"What a disappointment! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/10/2010 Vote
