4. Very friendly staff, all day complimentary tea and coffee, pastries etc. Free wine and cheese in the evenings, WiFi in all the rooms and public areas, the personal touches made a really pleasant change to the usual big city hotels.

5. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, from bringing an ice bag to our room late at night to diligently working to hail a cab to the airport at the worst possible time of day to do that.
