1. We had 5 people in a 1BD suite (2 queens and a sofa bed) and it was a lot of room with the exception of the bathroom, it felt like a closet and the shower temp control was tricky.

3. Quite spacious it was, with a King bed and a pullout couch, a small and not particularly well maintained kitchen, about 500 square feet of space, two closets, and a newly redone bathroom, small compared to the overall dimensions of the room.
