Hotel rooms very nice and spacious, doormen helpful, reception staff friendly, housekeeping absolutely superb, cleanest hotel room ever stayed in, All facilities advertised on website not readily available - Central Park pack came with flat i-pod despite having to request pack 3 times, so basically useless.

4. From the moment we arrived and Jenniffer rushed out to buy our friend a birthday cake after overhearing during check-in that it was his birthday, to the friendly and cheerful service of the bell staff and housekeeping, we all felt completely welcomed and all of our needs were met.
