2. If you are considering NOT to dine for breakfast at the Cipriani restaurant, I have to tell you that you only pay $10 more there for a decent breakfast than in a greasy spoon cafe, but you get more for your money.

4. We received a 20% at the Harry Cipriani lovely restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel and a 15% discount at a charming Italian restaurant around the corner on 59th St.

6. The restaurant (Harry Cipriani's) which was attached to the hotel was a bit fromal and stuffy if you just wanted a cool drink,as we did in the recent heat wave- no shorts allowed,not even late afternoon before dining starts.

Central Park is across the street, the exclusive Boutique shops of 5th Avenue and Madison are blocks away, Broadway Theater - Rockefeller Center - top Restaurants and Museums are all a short walk (there is also a beautiful restaurant off the lobby - Cipriani's - but we did not have a chance to visit).
