1. they were charging a ticket delivery fee that was like $100.00 on top of the ticket price and i said, forget it ill just get them from your office.

2. It has such rich history and such wonderful character but on my most recent stay there [12/8 - 12/11], I must say that they failed miserably especially given the price - around $600/night with all fees/taxes/services charges tacked on.

3. I will begin that I still think if you want a small one bedroom suite with living room with sofabed and need to be in theatre district, this is still your best bet, especially if you get a package with breakfast (they do continental but let you add on regular items at a small fee) and drinks.

8. Got part of order wrong as well with automatic delivery fee and 18% gratuity (guidelines say up to 15% auto with discretion to tipper for more) - not here.
