4. The service people are so nice, they are very helpful in anything from trip planning around the city to cost saving things to do.

7. With the exception of the couple that worked in the morning, service was incredibly impolite and rude, so don`t expect any useful information or help from them.

8. however, at check-out they offered to call us a cab assuring the best price (45 bucks to La Guardia) and promising that it was an ordinary cab: instead, they called a car service which, as we found out, was way more expensive.
