1. Location-wise you can walk to a bunch of nice places but I wouldn't recommend doing that at night.

9. It was half the price of the larger tourist hotels, and in a great location: 5 minute walk to the waterfront (straight downhill - remember that for your return!), 10 minutes to the Pike Street market or the Space Needle.
