The hotel didn't
charge
my credit card until two days after departure and left the hold on the card until I called them about it three days after departure.

The free continental breakfast was wonderful and the lady who was in

of that was very accommodating.

After going to the front desk and demanding to speak to the manager, she discovered that they had tried to

the wrong card for my room.
