6. The staff is well trained and professional, the beds are comfortable, the hotel is reasonably quiet for downtown San Francisco ( ask to be put as far away from the firetrucks as possible) and the room service is well managed and executed.

8. We stayed New Year's Eve so the location of the hotel was convenient for us to walk downtown and the Internet was free unlike other hotels I've stayed at.
