1. We stayed four nights total, our towels were stocked three times, bed made once, heat broken and fridge never fixed.

4. When we arrived at this hotel, we become surprise with the localization as the hotel is well located, but the room is not confortable, I mean, the bed is not soft and the bathroom is not good enought to take a good shower.

5. problems: room keys failed each time we left room, even when we took special care not to have by phones or ccards;NO blowdryer, NO coffee maker, found cockroach crawling on phone by bed, tiny towels, fridge dirty.
