1. Everything was within walking distance - Westfield Shopping centre, the BART/ Muni station, the cable car, various fashion brands, restaurants, fast food eateries, etc.Above all, the room we stayed in (ask for the quiet section) was cosy, clean, comfy and had a decent bathroom with great water-pressure.

5. It was an amazing location, although it wasn't close to the bay, there was a tram very close that took us right to the piers, also in a prime location for fantasic and affordable food and shopping.

6. Staff were great, they have a free happy hour and the restaurant attached to the hotel is accommodating and also were able to serve me a gluten free meal, always helpful when you travel with a food allergy.
